A: MessageWerx is fully integrated into your software platform. After a one time initial setup there is no day-to-day updates that need to be done. Our software automatically uploads your appointments to MessageWerx each night.
Q: What software do you support?
A: We support a variety of major software platforms. If we do not have support built for your software please contact us about integrating into your specific software.
Q: I am not very technical, how hard is it to install your software?
A: You should expect to spend 30-45 minutes for the initial setup. We have a detailed installation guide that walks you through all aspects of the installation. If you can follow basic step by step instructions you can install our software.
Q: What is the cost to use your services?
A: Pricing is based on the maximum number of appointments per business day. Packages start at just $99 a month per doctor or practitioner.
